FourKites is no stranger to visibility with its real-time supply chain visibility platform delivering insights to organisations worldwide.

The Clari revenue platform has assisted FourKites with both winning and retaining customers since its implementation and improving the control over its revenue process. In recent months, Fourkites has highlighted customer stories such as Barilla, Land O’Lakes and Kimberly Clark. Helping them to optimise logistics operations.

FourKites provides real-time visibility into freight across all modes of transportation, yards, warehouses, stores, and beyond. It tracks over 3.2 million shipments daily and provides data points from more than 200 countries and territories. Over 1,500 customers, many of which are leading brands, digitize their end-to-end supply chain.

This has never been more important than the recent tragic disaster in Baltimore. The port is out of action for several weeks, and the optimal river crossing unavailable for months. FourKites will be able to predict the impact on current shipments and help organisations plan appropriately.

Before using Clari, FourKItes had a host of spreadsheets for tracking revenue across the organisation. However, spreadsheets are rarely up to date. The leadership had poor visibility of what was happening within the RevOps domain. Spreadsheets also carry the risk of different versions presenting different information with the risk of inaccuracies.

The benefits of using Clari extend beyond the visibility. The RevOps platform has removed many of the manual processes that Clari teams undertook, such as updating those pesky spreadsheets. It also acts as an advisor on deals, providing suggested actions to help close deals faster or, when appropriate, improve retention.

In August 2023 it revealed that it had seen an impressive 30% growth over the last year. Clari has been a part of that growth.

What is missing from this announcement are the measurable improvements that FourKites has seen over the last three years. How much manual work does it estimate to have saved? How has retention changed in the last three years? And what other revenue metrics have improved? Perhaps FourKites will work on a case study with Clari to reveal further details.
